Ella Cornwall is an associate attorney at Shannon Lee Beatty LLP, focusing her practice on sophisticated commercial bankruptcy and financial restructuring matters. She works alongside Kyung Lee and R.J. Shannon to provide comprehensive representation for clients navigating complex proceedings.

Ms. Cornwall earned her LL.M. from The University of Texas School of Law, where she excelled academically and received the Dean's Achievement Award in Bankruptcy. During her studies, she participated in the Bankruptcy Pro-Bono Clinic and served as a Senior Summer Associate under Professor Jay Westbrook. Prior to this, she completed her LL.B. from the University of Nottingham School of Law in the United Kingdom, bringing a valuable international perspective to the world of bankruptcy practice. 

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Cornwall was a post-graduate intern with the Honorable Christopher G. Bradley of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Texas where she gained invaluable hands-on experience in bankruptcy proceedings, legal research, and drafting judicial opinions. Additionally, Ms. Cornwall co-founded InsideLaw, a platform dedicated to providing legal resources and insights for aspiring legal professionals.
