Biography

Max Beatty has almost twenty years of experience in representing clients both in state and federal courts, including the bankruptcy courts. His focus always remains on maximizing the outcome for his clients, in whatever role he may serve.

Max regularly represents Debtors, Creditors, Trustees, Plan Administrators, Receivers, and other fiduciaries. He frequently handles matters relating to fraudulent transfers, preferences, turnover actions, breaches of fiduciary duty, and other claims specifically designed to enlarge estates for the benefit of their creditors.

In addition to his bankruptcy work, Max has experience in handling a variety of commercial litigation claims, including breach of contract, professional negligence, breach of fiduciary duty, as well as other business torts in Texas courts and across the nation. He also serves as one of the panel Chapter 7 trustees appointed by the U.S. Trustee for the Southern District of Texas.
