Sean T. Wilson is a partner at Shannon Lee Beatty LLP, where he focuses his practice on bankruptcy, financial restructuring, and related business matters. With over a decade of experience, Mr. Wilson has represented clients in complex insolvency proceedings across a broad range of industries, including construction, oil and gas, maritime, natural resources, retail, and sports and entertainment.

Mr. Wilson regularly appears on behalf of debtors, creditors, ad hoc groups, unsecured creditors' committees, indenture trustees, and liquidating trustees in large and complex Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 cases. He is equally effective at the negotiating table and in the courtroom, having litigated contested matters and adversary proceedings in the federal court system. In addition to his restructuring work, Mr. Wilson advises clients on corporate and financial transactions, helping identify and manage risks before problems arise.

Mr. Wilson earned his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from South Texas College of Law Houston, and his Bachelor of Science, magna cum laude, from the University of Houston. He is licensed to practice in Texas and admitted before all four federal district and bankruptcy courts in the state.
